Duck

An Asian classic: succulent New Zealand raised duck that is marinated in Chinese inspired spices. Butterflied. 

Ingredients:  Duck(96%), glaze (sugar, fructose, salt, soy sauce powder (soy, wheat), malt extract (barley), colour (162, 150a, 160c), maize starch, spice, dehydrated vegetable, maltodextrin, flavour, yeast extract, thickener (415), fermented red rice, oilive oil, canola oil

4 servings per package.  Serving size approx 250g.

Cooking Instructions:

Preheat oven 150 deg C
Remove from all packaging before cooking
Place duck skin side up in a suitable roasting dish., roast for approx 2 hours.
Remove duck from oven when cooked and allow to rest for ten minutes prior to serving.
